Reliability & Punctuality
Arrive on time for pickups and communicate proactively regarding any schedule changes.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Maintain a clean vehicle and comfortable ride environment for all passengers.
2. Guidelines for Drivers
- Drive safely and follow all road signals, speed limits, and traffic laws.
- Ensure your driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance are active and valid.
- Never operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or extreme fatigue.
- Confirm passenger identities at pickup to ensure community security.
3. Guidelines for Passengers
- Be ready at your chosen pickup location at the agreed time.
- Respect the driver's vehicle and follow any specific vehicle rules (e.g., eating/smoking policies).
- Pay your split fare contribution promptly via the app.
4. Women to Women Safety Initiative
Raahi offers a dedicated Women-to-Women feature to provide a safe space for female drivers and passengers. Respecting member preferences in this mode is strictly enforced.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy
Raahi maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for:
- Verbal or physical harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Reckless driving, speeding, or dangerous road maneuvers.
- Substance abuse or carrying illegal items during rides.
Violating these zero-tolerance rules will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
