• All profile information provided (including government IDs and driving licenses) must be accurate, true, and up to date.

3. Carpooling & Cost Sharing Rules

Raahi is a social ride-sharing and cost-splitting platform, not a commercial taxi or transport business:

• Drivers offer rides along routes they are already traveling for personal purposes.
• Fare amounts collected from co-passengers represent cost contributions for fuel, tolls, and maintenance, and must not generate commercial profit.
• Drivers must hold a valid driver license, active vehicle insurance, and comply with all applicable road traffic regulations.

4. Community Safety & Code of Conduct

To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all members:

• Treat fellow co-travelers with respect, courtesy, and dignity.
• Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or unsafe driving.
• Use verified features like Women-to-Women mode responsibly.
• Raahi reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account violating safety guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Raahi acts as an intermediary platform matching drivers and passengers. Raahi is not liable for indirect damages, lost items, or unforeseen delays during rides. Users participate at their own discretion.
